Lots of Joy, as its name suggests, means a lot of joy. Preschool is an enjoyable learning stage free of pressure and worry for children 3 to 6 years of age, and it's the best time as well, for their language acquisition. Lots of Joy is Macau Soong Ching Ling Foundation's model preschool & kindergarten in China and is endeavoring to create an effective international preschool education system. Based on the "immersion concept" for language learning, we introduce the American Scholastic curriculum and its syllabi and put the management under the leadership of a senior American education expert. Now after a full study of the 2006 British national syllabus for 3 to 11 year olds' development in literacy and mathematics and the Californian state curriculum standards for literacy, mathematics, science and social studies, for 3 to12 year-old children we have redeveloped the curriculum to fit into a bilingual circumstance. We will put both Chinese and International children together with certified Chinese and English native speakers as full-time teachers to create a cross-cultural environment. This will ensure the child's full emotional, intelligent, ethical, aesthetic and personality development. Our philosophy is to construct kids' knowledge out of play, provide them with proper challenge in happiness and let them enjoy success in an international paradise.
